Material Science Research India is an international, Open Access and peer-reviewed Journal, which was started in 2004 under “Oriental scientific publishing company” with the motive to provide a forum for worldwide scientific researchers and academicians to share findings on all aspects of Materials Science & Engineering and to disseminate innovative, relevant and useful information throughout the scientific horizon. It also aims to share research all over the world to promote and discuss various new issues and developments in different areas of materials science engineering. Materials science and engineering is the design and discovery of new materials, particularly solids. Materials science is a discipline hybridizing metallurgy, ceramics, solid-state physics, and chemistry. It is the first example of a new academic discipline emerging by fusion rather than fission.
The Journal’s publication criteria are based on high ethical standards; we follow best practice in the ethics of scholarly publishing under the guidelines of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics). All articles are published under a Creative Commons license: Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY) guaranteeing that authors retain the copyrights of their work and can freely use, reuse, and share their articles. All articles published by MSRI are freely accessible to everyone under the BOAI definition of open access.
